We recently welcomed ADP Architecture to our Facts & Snacks Day where our Sales & Marketing Manager, Louis Taylor, and Head of Sales, Paul Townsend, were joined by CEO, Mark Wood, as they conducted a technical support session on their plans for East Wick + Sweetwater Phase 3, where they intend to specify AliDeck products for a wide variety of balconies.

AliDeck’s range of aluminium decking boards and balcony components, such as AliClad Flow for waste-water management, and our range of AliRail balustrades including Juliet options, were discussed in detail during the session.

London Legacy Development Corporation approved East Wick + Sweetwater Phase 3 as a large-scale development with the intention of bringing 785 mixed-tenure homes to the neighbourhood, along with 802 sq. metres of retail and employment space. These upcoming homes will feature a wide array of balconies across the project, with APD impressed with AliDeck’s diverse range of cost-effective solutions.
