AliClad is A-rated for fire safety and is fully compliant with all relevant building regulations and legislation.

Most high and low-rise buildings have steel bolt-on balconies but many of these do not have soffit cladding, leaving the balcony undersides exposed. With the internal, underside elements of a balcony often proving a considerable eyesore, it is desirable to conceal these by retrofitting soffit cladding. With AliClad, opportunities for an improved aesthetic and drainage solutions are now easily available.

AliClad is an off-the-shelf, simple solution to this problem and is the ideal replacement for non-compliant timber, plastic, or composite soffit cladding.

The AliClad Decor profile is a box-section extruded interlocking aluminium board, with hidden fixings. Providing a sealed soffit, AliClad Decor delivers a striking visual impact for areas up to 6m in projection and of any width and is an ideal solution for balconies that have drainage resolved at the deck surface level.

For balconies that do not handle drainage at the deck surface, AliClad Flow is our positively drained soffit cladding solution. With an interlocking profile, AliClad Flow captures and directs water by a recommended 1:80 fall to a gutter profile for controlled evacuation of liquids.

AliClad is quick and easy to install to the sub-structure and edges are finished with a supplied colour-matched aluminium finishing trim. The expected lifespan of AliClad is 60 years and we are proud to supply a 30 year product warranty.
