The AliDeck Training Academy at our Rochester HQ has undergone a major revamp to give our aluminium decking trainees a premiere experience

We have been busy these last few weeks expanding our AliDeck headquarters to reflect our rapidly growing business and to give our customers the absolute best level of service possible.

Recently, we added a mezzanine level in our warehouse/factory to allow us to hold more stock in Rochester and more easily process the bespoke cutting orders we’re increasingly receiving from large repeat customers. Taking the opportunity to board out the new ground level area under the mezzanine, though, has provided us with a brand new, self-contained venue for the AliDeck Training Academy.

While we went live with this new training venue a few weeks ago, we have this week completed a total overhaul of this new space, with wall-mounted interactive screen, AliDeck, AliClad, and AliRail samples of all shapes and sizes throughout the room, and a stunning, full-width wall graphic showcasing some our beautiful, in-house digital photography!

This refurbishment is a reflection of both our aspirations and of the pride we take in our work and our mission. For us, delivering second-to-none education to construction industry professionals on the correct and optimum use of our full range of products is a no-brainer; the better that our customers know our products, the better they will be able to make use of and benefit from all of their features.

The AliDeck Training Academy is a service that we are very proud to provide to our customers. When placing your order, please make sure to speak to our sales staff about how you and your installation team can sign-up for a training session. Delivered over 2 or 3 hours, the training session covers all of our products and gives trainees hands-on experience with our products as well as the opportunity to grill the AliDeck team on all aspects of correct installation. Every trainee is issued with a certificate and an ID card that indicates successful completion of the course and confirms their status as AliDeck Approved Installers.
