With an ever-increasing AliDeck aluminium decking product range, it’s important that we help our customers keep up to date with our latest innovations. It’s also important that prospective buyers are able to experience and fully understand our products to ensure that they make the right choice that totally satisfies their requirements. This is a good situation for our clients and us to be in. In that regard, we’re very happy to provide sample packs on request.

Originally, when we first launched AliDeck as a standalone brand in 2019 our samples pack was a simple affair consisting of samples of our first two new decking boards and joists. Now, though, with a total of seven decking boards, four joists, three pedestals and eight standard colours in the AliDeck range, as well as a range of accessories, there’s a lot more to share with our customers!

We are able to send out samples of our Senior and Junior boards in ridged or flat specification, our Lite Board, our Interlocking Board, our Class B Board, our Joists, our Pedestals, our End Plates and Trims, and also samples of our colour range.

Rather than sending out a piece of absolutely everything from the AliDeck range to every customer that asks for a sample, we try to narrow down the selection to broadly marry up with the customer’s likely requirements. This is a part of our drive to deliver excellent customer service by understanding your needs, which the AliDeck team do by asking questions from the very first point of contact.

Standard samples can be requested via our website in our Sample Request Form but a phone call to the AliDeck office on 01622 235 672 and a quick chat to understand the scope and parameters of your project will always allow for a more tailored and relevant samples package to be put together. With our factory facility at our Rochester head office, we are able to quickly produce and ship a bespoke samples pack anywhere in the UK to help you make the right choice.
