AliDeck Features a Double Page Article in Architecture, Building, Contracting & Developing Magazine for May 2023 – IET Savoy

We are extremely pleased to share with you our recent feature in the May 2023 issue of Architecture, Building, Contractor & Developing (ABCD) Magazine.

In collaboration with John from IET, AliDeck supplied all of the necessary materials for the creation of a terrace deck that complies with current regulations. To ensure maintenance teams have access to electrical points below the decking boards, an innovative solution was found to accommodate 35 access hatches. This was done using our precision-cut 20mm Junior Boards and 50mm aluminium box section. These points will power the LED Uplights that provide the event space with an additional level of ambience.

The article contains a feature about our successful refurbishment of the iconic IET Savoy Place, which can be found on pages 42 & 43. For the highly popular event space, our non-combustible aluminium decking and components proved to be an aesthetically pleasing and futureproof solution. Located next to the river Thames, the terrace decking can be seen by thousands every day, as they journey around the London Eye.
