The AliDeck warehouse at our Rochester HQ is where we take delivery of aluminium metal decking stock and turn it around to ship to our customers. In the AliDeck warehouse, we follow tried and tested management processes to work as efficiently as possible to ensure that your aluminium metal decking order is delivered to you promptly and it is right first time, every time. So, when a new delivery of our aluminium decking products arrives from our extruders and powder-coaters, the AliDeck team swings into action.
On Friday afternoon last week a large order of new material, including our 30mm Senior Decking Board and 20mm Junior Board, were delivered to our warehouse at our Rochester headquarters. We always hold plenty of material in stock so that we are able to quickly satisfy orders and help keep lead times as short as possible for our customers, and it’s great to see our warehouse full of product that’s ready to go out the door.
Our warehouse manager, Alan, immediately set about building a couple of small orders that required bespoke cutting. With our in-house factory, we are able to offer a cutting service for projects that our standard lengths of 4 metres and 6 metres aren’t appropriate for. With the orders cut and wrapped, Alan was able to load up our massive AliDeck van and hit the road, heading to another satisfied customer.
Our cutting service is available on request to help you receive the aluminium decking you require to move your project forward. We do levy a labour charge for this service. For larger jobs above a certain order weight, we are able to offer custom extrusion to your precise specification. This is all a part of our drive to deliver the highest level of customer service possible.
