Double AliDeck feature in the September Issue of Aluminium Federation Magazine covering major changes to Approved Document B and Aluminium Decking Heat test

AliDeck are extremely pleased to see that we have featured not once but twice in the September issue of the Aluminium Federation’s Aluminium News Magazine! AliDeck are widely respected within the aluminium balcony components market and we are always keen to celebrate the multitude of benefits that aluminium can bring to the construction and home improvements industries.

The first article we featured in, on page 12 of the magazine, is an in-depth review of the major changes that were recently made to Approved Document B following a recent Government update. The consultation was held to further address the building safety crisis that impacts thousands of buildings across the UK post-Grenfell.

The second AliDeck-focused article can be found on page 17 and features our in-house experiments as Aluminium Decking Boards were put through their paces in a like-for-like heat test against timber and composite decking boards on the hottest day of the year.

Our sister company, Milwood Group, also featured on the front cover with a photograph demonstrating some of our in-house facilities, our new powder-coat line.
