New member of the AliDeck team as digital marketing apprentice Libby joins us
We are delighted to welcome our very first apprentice at AliDeck, Libby.
After completing her GCSE’s, Libby decided she wanted to join the world of marketing and what better place to start her journey than at AliDeck working alongside our Marketing Manager, Steve?
Over the last few months, Libby has adapted quickly to the world of work in our office. Working closely with Steve, she has rapidly acquired a broad insight into all aspects of marketing.
With a focus on digital marketing, Libby has devoted a lot of energy to getting to grips with updating the AliDeck website, managing the AliDeck social media channels, capturing and processing great photography around the AliDeck HQ, using the Adobe suite of creative programs, creating content for digital campaigns, and much more.
These skills are crucial in a marketing department and Libby has been able to learn so much within a such short amount of time, demonstrating a natural aptitude for marketing. With 18 months ahead of us, Libby still has a huge amount of time to learn and we are all expecting great things given her excellent start!
AliDeck are working alongside Gingernut Training Academy, offering Libby a Level 3 Digital Marketing Apprenticeship, an accredited A-Level equivalent qualification. Libby dedicates a day each week on apprenticeship tasks and learning that have been set by her course tutor, complementing the hands on learning that Libby is gaining every day in the AliDeck marketing department.
Becoming an apprentice at AliDeck is a great opportunity for Libby. We are proud to be able to guide her in a new direction and help her achieve a good qualification at the end of her 18-month apprenticeship. We hope that at the end of Libby’s course, she will remain at AliDeck as a part of our marketing team. However, if Libby decides to go in a different direction once her apprenticeship is complete, she will have two years of valuable work experience under her belt and a great understanding of the working world.
