AliDeck head to East London to check out the installation of our aluminium decking

AliDeck were out on site recently, dropping in to see our friends at Hill Partnership as they near completion on their project in East London.

The development is a lovely new-build low-rise development sited alongside Regent’s Canal and will prove a delightful home to its residents. With AliDeck decking specified on balconies at all levels of the building, this is an excellent example of the AliDeck System delivering value and peace of mind to major inner-city developments across the UK, with our A-Rated decking products satisfying all fire legislation and ensuring safety is no concern.

As you can see, the AliDeck decking boards were used in a couple of novel ways; firstly, in producing a low rampway to one apartment from its balcony for wheelchair access and secondly, in a large ramped walkway for access to the canal towpath. A detailed case study of the rampway construction, which uses the AliDeck Senior Balcony Board, is underway and will be shared with you soon. Watch this space!
