AliDeck visits Structural, Architectural, and Balcony Steelwork Specialists Barretts of Aspley to discuss multiple installation projects

Senior members of the AliDeck sales team recently visited Barretts of Aspley (BOA) to discuss multiple balcony projects in more depth. Sales Director, Kizzy Townsend, and Sales & Marketing Manager, Louis Taylor, were fortunate to have a tour of the BOA headquarters to gain first hand insights as to how their operations are ran so successfully.

Throughout the visit four key balcony projects were discussed, which combine to see over 1100 balconies that require the most innovative and cost-effective solutions. Among the projects discussed were the residential developments at; Cherry Park in Stratford, St James’ project at White City Living, and two of St George’s projects at Grand Union Phase 1 in Alperton, near Wembley, and Fulham Reach which is just a stone’s throw from the river Thames, below Hammersmith.

Each of these projects aims to breathe new life into locations across London, with residential construction a huge requirement in the capital. With architects within the industry now required to design multi-storey multi-occupancy buildings skywards, balconies are deemed a luxury and private outdoor living space for thousands of leaseholders.

It is vitally important that each specification is met within budget and that full compliance is ensured in line with current regulations.
