Aluminium balcony remediation project featured in Housing Management & Maintenance Magazine

We’re delighted to say that a recent case study of ours has featured in a double-page spread in the August/September issue of Housing Management & Maintenance Magazine.

Partnering with our trusted Approved Installers over at Alu-Installations, this London based project saw the remediation of these stylish and unique “rhombus-shaped” balconies. The tired and decaying timber decking boards had become a highly visible eye-sore to passers-by, and causing some residents to lose the desire to use their outdoor living space.

The boards were replaced with our ridged 30mm Senior Decking Board at the request of the customer, this was to provide additional slip prevention. Alu-Installations have been an approved installer of ours for multiple years now and their continued growth and success is testament to the quality of their first-rate installations. The leaseholders can now look forward to using their revitalised balconies all year-round.
