Dry Arch Interiors attend AliDeck Training Academy in preparation for upcoming project in London

AliDeck were extremely pleased to be joined by the Dry Arch Interiors team for a visit to our HQ for our Training Academy session. They were keen to bring their team up to speed with our products to begin the installation process at the Gladstone Parade development in London. As always, the session covered the products specified and the installation process in-depth and allowed for hands-on experience and familiarity to be gained.

For the installation, a specific solution to help create a flush and compliant finish that would prevent rainfall from being channelled towards the external façade of the building and onto the balconies below is required. Technical Sales Manager, Mike Beckett, was successfully able to highlight the versatility of our products and how they could accommodate such a hurdle.

Partnering with Unique Property Group Ltd, specialists in Property Investment and Serviced Accommodation, Dry Arch Interiors will be responsible for delivering the upper floor balconies and walkway areas to Gladstone Parade. Using our Junior Board and Micro Joist to create a 40mm build-up on top of the existing steel purlins at 300mm centres, with the balcony drainage managed by AliClad Flow Soffit-Cladding.

Gladstone Parade is part of a significant investment project underway in Brent and Cricklewood as part of Europe’s largest regeneration project. It will transform this part of North West London, becoming a leading destination for living, leisure, retail, and business in the area. We can’t wait to see the results!
