AliDeck partners with Amson Solutions on the Canalside Phase Red project for Gilbert-Ash

AliDeck has been busy supporting Amson Solutions across various projects over recent months. We wanted to share a sneak preview of the great work currently underway at the Canalside Phase Red project in Woking, Surrey, where installation of our aluminium decking has been underway.

We’re providing full systems for all balconies and terrace areas for this project where our decking boards and components are required. AliDeck will supply our Lite Board in 4 & 6 metre lengths and custom extrusions. This will save costs and prevent waste. These boards will be complemented by board clips, pedestal brackets in standard and custom sizes, and required fixings, all supplied in aluminium.

This regeneration scheme will provide mixed-use residential facilities in a key area of Surrey, across a 74 acre site. By using aluminium decking and components, the balconies and terraces will not only fully comply with current regulations, but they will also be futureproof with a 60-year minimum life expectancy and 30-year guarantee.

The project will consist of the construction of 68 residential apartments above an energy centre and 39 apartments located above retail shopping units. The project will also create 7 maisonettes and 10 newly constructed townhouses with three floors each.
