We supplied our premium balcony systems—Junior Board, Eco 30 Joist, and AliClad Flow soffits with piped guttering—all powder-coated in RAL 7016 (Anthracite Grey), to ensure this development met the highest standards of safety, durability, and design. Partnering with All Metal Clad, we contributed to the creation of 89 balconies and 59 terraces, delivering compliant, futureproof solutions that exemplify what we do best.

Junior Board and Eco 30 Decking: Non-combustible aluminium decking systems offering outstanding durability, a 60-year lifespan, and low-maintenance performance.
AliClad Flow Soffit System: With an integrated piped gutter for water management, this system provides protection against water damage while maintaining a sleek aesthetic.
RAL 7016 Anthracite Grey Finish: Powder-coated in-house to the Qualicoat Seaside Class 2 standard, our components are designed to withstand even Jersey’s challenging coastal conditions.
