AliDeck to Partner Alloy Fabweld on the Exciting New Development Project at Fulton Road in Wembley, London | Project Showcase
AliDeck are delighted to be partnering with UK leaders in architectural metalwork, Alloy Fabweld Ltd work for both the Commercial and Residential sectors, on the very exciting mixed-use development on Fulton Road in Wembley in Wembley, London.
Designed by JTP architects, The project will create a mixed-use development with a mix of residential and commercial space. The residential component will consist of 759 new homes, while the commercial component will include over 30,000 square feet of flexible space that could be used for retail, light industrial, or leisure purposes.
AliDeck will supply our Senior Decking Board, Supa Joist, Low Joist in custom extrusion and supporting components to provide cost-effective and futureproof balcony decking solutions. AliRail has also been specified on this project, with our 0.74kN Plate Fix aluminium balustrade system offering a contemporary spindle option.
All decking and balustrade material will be supplied in a range of unique RAL colours, such as gold and salmon to name a few some of which offer a truly modern aesthetic to the project. AliDeck use Quali-Marine standard using class 2 powders only, meaning we etch our material twice as much as any other UK based powder coaters.
For this project managed by Regal London, one of London’s leading residential-led mixed-use developers, Alloy Fabweld will be the steel fabricator for the cantilever balconies across multiple high-rise blocks. Assuming the project remains on course for the initial schedule, the first occupation will take place in the last quarter of 2025. Full completion is planned for the beginning of 2027.
