For this aluminium balcony decking project in Bromley, London, for Saltash Enterprises, we supplied non-combustible aluminium decking for 23 balconies, with 9 different balcony types within that total, using AliDeck Adjustable Pedestal Brackets and 20mm AliDeck Junior Balcony Boards, finished in Textured Grey.
It was an absolute pleasure to work with the team at Saltash Enterprises on their project at Bromley. We supplied our 20mm Junior Balcony Boards and Adjustable Pedestal Brackets to 23 balconies in total across the project, with some unique challenges to overcome as we designed the order.

The development is a lovely new-build low-rise development replacing a single storey building at the Bromley site, and comprising 22 new residential units in total. AliDeck decking was specified on balconies all around the building and with some unique design challenges to overcome, AliDeck was able to manufacture bespoke brackets to accommodate a mixture of build up heights. Installation guides were created and training provided to assist the installers.
With 9 different balcony types across the building, this project was a major production task. AliDeck provided a full design and take-off service to ensure cost-effective and efficient specification of balcony decking elements and were also able to identify and overcome a range of challenges relating to the successful and hassle-free installation of the metal decking.
