AliDeck is set to play a crucial role in Brentford’s new affordable housing development by Howarth Homes, in partnership with Wiltech Engineering. AliDeck will be responsible for supplying aluminium decking, drainage solutions, modular balustrades, and soffit systems across Blocks A & B, delivering cost-efficiency without compromising on quality.

AliDeck Decking Boards:

AliDeck’s aluminium decking boards, known for their robust profile and longevity, will form the foundation of the balconies for this new-build development. The boards provide a seamless, low-maintenance solution, perfect for the modern living spaces at London Road.

AliRail Plate Fix 0.74kN:

The AliRail Plate Fix 0.74kN balustrades, part of our diverse range featuring seven systems, combine a sleek design with safety and durability in mind. Surrounding the development’s balconies, they blend seamlessly with the architecture, elevating the aesthetic appeal.

AliClad Soffit Systems:

AliClad Soffit Systems will be instrumental in supporting effective balcony drainage. Tailored to integrate with the development’s design, the balconies will incorporate two of our AliDrain solutions that will contribute to the overall durability and functionality of the building, ensuring compliance with the latest standards.

AliDeck’s in-house powder-coating process adheres to the Qualicoat Seaside Standard for exceptional durability and a sophisticated finish. Ensuring enhanced adhesion and longevity, we utilise Class 2 powder for superior resistance to wear and tear. The project will feature Decking in RAL 7016 and Balustrades and Cladding in RAL 1000, delivering a cohesive and elegant aesthetic.
