The balconies at the Southsea development were targeted for an extensive overhaul, incorporating AliDeck’s Senior Board in Textured Silver Grey alongside the AliClad Flow soffit cladding system, complete with an Extended Gutter. Leading the project as the main contractor, McCarthy & Stone launched a significant six-phase renovation, with Amson Solutions delivering the installation across Phase 1 for our client, Cox Design.

Sporting a Stone Grey (RAL 7030) finish and featuring an Extended Gutter, it enhances water management and elevates the facade’s aesthetics.
