Amson Solutions & Barratt London Begin Balcony Remediation at New Square Quarter in Croydon, London | Aluminium Decking Project

AliDeck is delighted to once again be partnering with Amson Solutions, well-established supply and installation specialists for commercial and residential buildings, on an exciting remediation project for Barratt London. The remedial work is now underway at New Square Quarter in Croydon, London.

New South Quarter (NSQ) is a modern development within walking distance of the heart of Croydon, offering 923 contemporary studios and apartments. Completed in 2016, the complex was ultimately rendered unsafe soon after, following risks outlined in the Hackitt Report released in 2018 opening the door to major changes in regulations.

Our AliDeck aluminium decking will provide a safe, strong, and highly durable solution to the balconies and will provide decades of use to the owners of these new homes. The project will use our Lite Board V2, which is our entry-level system and therefore an ideal solution for value-engineering projects.
