Featuring our Lite Decking Board, AliClad Flow and AliClad Lite with piped guttering, and our AliRail balustrade systems, the project prioritised fire safety, durability, and water management to meet the latest building regulations and futureproof the balconies for decades to come.
Futureproof and Compliant: The Aveline Street Project
For the Aveline Street development, our products provided a non-combustible solution, fully compliant with BS 8579:2020 and NHBC Standards. Designed with a lifespan of 60 years, these aluminium systems replaced outdated materials, offering leaseholders peace of mind with superior fire safety (rated A2-s1, d0 and A2fl-s1) and durability.
The inclusion of our AliClad systems with piped guttering optimises water management across the balconies, while the AliRail balustrade system delivered modern aesthetics and structural integrity. Powder-coated in-house to the Qualicoat Seaside Standard using Class 2 Powder Coating, all products feature an advanced seven-stage pre-treatment process, ensuring exceptional corrosion resistance.
