Balcony Remediation at Whitelands Park with NA Curtain Walling

We are proud to announce our latest project at Whitelands Park, where we are working with NA Curtain Walling on their first order with AliDeck. As a new partner, we have supported them throughout this project, providing expert guidance and fully compliant aluminium decking solutions to ensure a safe, durable, and long-lasting transformation for the development.

This major remediation project involves the replacement of timber decking across multiple residential blocks, removing outdated and high-maintenance materials and installing our market-leading aluminium decking system. With a 30-year warranty and a 60-year life expectancy, our solution not only guarantees compliance and safety but also delivers long-term value for property owners and residents.

The balconies at Whitelands Park were previously fitted with timber decking, which, over time, had become a safety risk due to weathering, rot, and maintenance challenges. With the increasing demand for fire-rated, low-maintenance, and durable alternatives, NA Curtain Walling turned to AliDeck to supply a fully compliant and future-proofed solution.

For this project, we are providing our Senior Board in Sepia Brown, supported by Supa Joists and Notched Brackets. This system ensures structural integrity, enhanced safety, and improved aesthetics, giving residents a modern, secure, and slip-resistant balcony space that stands the test of time. Our aluminium decking is also fire-rated, non-combustible, and resistant to weathering, eliminating the risks associated with timber and ensuring long-term compliance with building safety regulations.
