Barretts of Aspley & Amson Solutions Partner to use AliDeck’s Junior Flat Aluminium Decking Board at the Oakhill Development Project in Hildenborough, Kent

AliDeck is pleased to announce that we will be supplying our Junior Flat aluminium decking board to Barretts of Aspley, who will be installing all bolt-on balcony packages for the low-rise apartments at the Oakhill development project now underway in Hildenborough, located just outside of Tonbridge, Kent.

We will also be supporting long-term partners Amson Solutions, as they install our Junior Flat Board and Lite Joist across the balcony terraces on the luxury homes.

Barretts of Aspley have already installed sample balconies on-site to allow prospective buyers to see the many great benefits this luxurious amenity will offer them, including the use of our aluminium decking to create a modern and fire-safe environment.

Our non-combustible decking boards and components will be used across all balcony and terrace deck areas. The Junior Flat Board is a cost-effective, low-profile, non-ridged solution that benefits from fast hassle-free installation and an 800mm span. All of our decking boards are A-Rated with a EuroClass rating of A2-s1, d0and A2fl-s1.

The project will include several phases with a variety of multi-storey apartments and multi-million pound houses set to create new homes that will feature a range of balconies, terraces, walkways, and staircases. Our decking boards will provide decades of durable service with low maintenance required in order to maintain the high quality finish.

The project is managed by Berkeley Group who specialise in brownfield regeneration. The development will regenerate over 30 acres of land with stunning new homes, beautiful, mature landscaping with existing ponds. With residents benefitting from fantastic views, and quick access into London via the M25 and Hildenborough station.
