AliDeck to Partner Lawtech Group for Key Remediation Project at Victoria Wharf

AliDeck will supply the Junior Balcony Flat Board V2 with Eco 30 Joist and AliClad Flow Cladding Board to the Victoria Wharf project, a prominent multi-storey, multi-occupancy building marking the first phase of a project we like to call ‘Remediation Street’. This initiative, involving multiple buildings undergoing remedial works by our partners, Lawtech Group, aims to futureproof all balconies, terraces, and walkways with our aluminium solutions.

Lawtech, a specialist in building remediation, is replacing outdated and non-compliant decking materials at Victoria Wharf. To ensure compliance and project success, AliDeck’s recently retired former Head of Sales, Paul Townsend, conducted a comprehensive sign-off service at the outset as he closes out his remaining projects he cares so dearly for, setting the benchmark for the entire project and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards before significant work commenced.

The ‘Remediation Street’ project emphasises the crucial role of compliance in residential buildings. By incorporating AliDeck’s aluminium solutions, the project benefits from cost-effective solutions that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly durable and fire-resistant. These features, along with our aluminium drainage systems, ensure alignment with BS 8579:2020 and NHBC Standards 2024, setting a high standard for safety and design.
