O’Carroll Engineering to Partner with AliDeck on Exciting Tristan Square, Chapelizod Hill Balcony Project in Dublin, Ireland | Project Showcase

AliDeck is pleased to be partnering with Steel Fabricator O’Carroll Engineering, specialists in off-site steel fabrication solutions for modern construction and manufacturing, as we supply balcony decking and drainage material on this new-build residential development in the Irish capital, Dublin.

We are supplying our non-combustible Junior Flat Decking Board and AliDeck Drainage Channels across phase one of the project, with O’Carroll supplying their own gutter system. All decking boards will be supplied in our Beige Grey (RAL 7006) powder-coating for an aesthetically pleasing finish, that will also support their vision for a futureproof and fire-safe environment.

This project is located on the former site of an existing factory, which has been demolished to create 172 new residential apartments for the Irish Social Housing Property II SARL. JCA Architects have worked with AliDeck previously, and we’re pleased to see them involved with such a positive project in which high-quality and sustainable living is at the core of the design specification.

It will utilise high-quality materials for the construction of one and two bedroom apartments with access to communal amenities spaces, landscaped courtyards, and private balcony amenities as part of sustainable social development.

We hope this will be the start of a successful relationship with O’Carroll Engineering as we continue to grow our operations in Ireland. With project success built-in to all that we do, we can’t wait to see the results!
