Huge shipment of aluminium decking leaves AliDeck, heading to balcony manufacturer for use on major development
Leading the way as aluminium decking and balcony component manufacturers, the AliDeck production facility is responsible for producing and shipping materials to steel fabricators and balcony manufacturers working on major developments across the UK & Ireland. As a result, we maintain a warehouse inventory of well over 1500 tonnes of aluminium allowing us to meet the high demands placed upon us.
We recently dispatched this delivery of aluminium decking boards weighing in at well over 10 tonnes. In total, two dozen pallets were loaded to the truck for sending to our customer working on site.
The AliDeck Ridged Junior Decking Boards are bound for use in steel balconies. These A-Rated boards are destined to create fire-safe and futureproof balconies for leaseholders, offering the property manager or building owner sound peace of mind in the process.
The chosen colour for this decking project is RAL 1019 Grey Beige, which is one of or standard 10 colour options available upon request. Through additives within the powder-coat to create additional texture, AliDeck Standard Colours provide additional slip-resistance performance, ensuring the safety of those standing on the boards in wet weather or following a spillage.
All of the aluminium material was powder-coated at our headquarters, courtesy of our new seven-stage pre-treatment powder-coating facility. Having such a facility available in-house means we will maintain even more control of the manufacturing process, so you can be assured that project success is built in.
