We are always very happy to welcome our customers, new or old, to visit our warehouse and head office in Rochester, Kent. The opportunity to see our operations up close and in person is a great way for us to showcase what we are all about; providing high-quality, non-combustible products to the construction industry across the UK & Ireland.

While you’re here, you’ll be able to see our showroom where we display all of our current product range and how they function together, and really understand all of the benefits they can offer.

You can also visit our Research & Development room, where a key focus is placed on the refinement of our current products to ensure they are always being innovated to maximise their design features. Our Research & Development room is a key aspect of our company that our CEO, Mark Wood, takes huge pride in. Following Mark’s example, we simply can’t sit still and love to create new products that will solve our customer’s problems with the team endlessly brainstorming new product ideas and alternatives to existing products.

You can take advantage of our AliDeck Training Academy here on site with us by speaking to our Business Development Team. This in-depth installation training will help you and your staff become experts in our products, enabling you to install them with ease and confidence. The session will also take you over why we do what we do, how we do it, and how this can reflect in your work so that we can celebrate a successful collaboration together.
