Wide range of bracketry available for the full range of AliDeck aluminium decking joists

Fire rated decking pedestals are essential components within the balcony construction industry and few projects would be achievable without them. New innovations often enter the market that promise to be a new solution but ultimately prove to be low quality or of poor functionality. Fortunately, AliDeck manufacture our own balcony brackets to ensure they support our customers’ project success.

All of our bracketry for our aluminium decking systems is manufactured and supplied by us to ensure compliance and flawless integration to our innovative systems. We believe that product innovation can solve any existing challenge within the industry.

Our decking boards, joists and drainage channels are just a few examples of how our innovations have already transformed the market. Our versatile balcony brackets are no different. Many of our decking brackets are being used in place of our Adjustable Pedestals to achieve a variety of different build-up heights under the balcony flooring.

AliDeck pedestal brackets are more commonly used along with our aluminium decking joists to achieve a secure decking base support at the desired build-up height. However, it is not feasible to secure these directly into the steel frame. Should the build-up hight be difficult to achieve and Pedestal Brackets unsuitable for the task, our range of brackets can provide sufficient alternatives.

Our range of aluminium brackets are ideal for steel balconies as they can be used to securely fix all AliDeck decking joists to the steels. We recommend using non-combustible tape between the aluminium and steel as this will create an imperforate barrier between the two metals, helping to prevent galvanic corrosion.

The notched Supa Joist bracket allows for our strongest decking bearers to be installed within the steel frame and set level to the top of the steels creating a flush and level finish for the installation of our aluminium balcony flooring decking boards. It is vital that the bracket can support such a key product such as the Supa Joist on larger scale balcony projects to ensure the balcony is safe and supportive of any load bearing placed upon the deck, so we have ensured its performance in the engineering of this product.
